Schedule Approximate Times
General Guidelines:
- The opening ceremony begins at 8:30 AM, followed by other events as soon as possible.
- Round 1 is usually delayed as pairings take time.
- Despite starting behind schedule, the last several tournaments finished ahead of schedule.
- There is NOT enough time to leave the premises for lunch.
Schedule
- 6:30 - 7:00 AM: Event Coordinator Arrives
- 7:15 AM: Volunteers Arrive, Volunteer Breakfast
- 7:20 - 7:45 AM: Volunteer Check-In and Training
- 7:30 - 8:00 AM: Referee Training
- 7:45 - 8:15 AM: Student Check-In
- 8:30 AM: Opening Ceremony
- 8:50 - 9:00 AM: Final Announcements
- 9:00 AM: Round 1 Starts
